Designing Female Characters- Part 1

Description

Hi guys, I bet you didn't expect this!

This is the first part of a guide thing I'm making, and this is pretty much the first thing I've ever done tutorial related (so be gentle in your comments, please u_u )

I decided to use four of my characters for this project- Kiari (in this one), Alexis, Allie, and Mimi. They represent four body types- Average Child, Average Teen, Average Young Adult, and Built/Developed Young Adult. The reason Mimi's is included will come to light soon enough, but you can probably take a few guesses if you've seen her before.

I know I am not the best artist in the world, but I am not the worst, and if you get the concept, good for you, because this guideline isn't about how you draw, but what you keep in mind. (So many commas in that sentence.)

I really hope you find this guide useful, and please tell me if you are interested in seeing the other three parts.

P.S. Just because Kiari has animal-like features does not mean this can only be useful for that area. I'm using my own characters (although the next two are human) so that I can get a better grasp on it and you can see my reasoning much better, than with a random character that we both don't care about.

Thanks for viewing, favoriting, and commenting, guys! <3
